Energy adapter. Complete boundary callbacks are made once per positive seeded hybrid partition and receive the SAME coefficient used outside. No callback may alter the forward weights after observing them.
| std::function<void(Pair,Pair,Pair,Z_type)> IntaRNA::SeededPartitionFunction::Weights::anchorComplete |
Optional positive partition for one canonical left-most anchor and complete site (anchor, left boundary, right boundary, hybrid partition). Independent of complete/outside callbacks and includes initiation once.
Optional heuristic selector, called once per minimal canonical anchor before batching; its choices remain fixed for the forward and outside passes. Arguments are its start and end; the result is a retained right endpoint. Keep paths with no left extension, no right extension, or that endpoint. Empty means all right endpoints (exact). Selection cannot depend on pair marking; choices outside the domain or the complete interaction's spans, or not strictly later on both strands, contribute no two-sided extension.
